Pininfarina Lancia B20’s share outer doorhandles with Ferrari 250 Lusso.
Inner doorpockets on cars made by Touring in 30s and forties are the same.
To my eye nothing indicates Pininfarina at a first glance on this one though.
The sheer shiny details around dash suggests Vignale… just like the colour parting at rear.
I was thinking Arnolt-MG by Bertone to begin with.
Resembles Stabilimente Farina Siata Daina 1400 a bit.
Tough one…
